Apostle Joe Fincher, affectionately known as "Pastor Joe, the O.G. Pastor," began his pastoral journey with Rose of Sharon Evangelistic Ministry. His passion for soul-winning and community transformation later led him to found Faith, Deliverance & Restoration Ministries, Inc. in Savannah, Georgia, where he faithfully pastored for over a decade, impacting countless lives with sound doctrine and compassionate leadership.

Leadership Beyond the Pulpit

Apostle Joe’s influence extended beyond church walls. He served as the Southern and South Atlantic Regional Coordinator for the Southern Christian Leadership Foundation—an organization historically connected to civil rights icons such as Sydney Poitier and Harry Belafonte. In this role, he combined spiritual insight with social action, further establishing his reputation as both a leader and a bridge-builder within the faith and justice communities.

Divine Redirection and the Birth of DAIC

Following a five-year sabbatical in Tallahassee, Apostle Joe received a clear divine mandate to launch a new work—DAIC Ministries (Disciples Abiding in Christ International). This ministry was birthed with a vision to cultivate authentic disciples of Jesus Christ through strategic outreach, biblical teaching, and intentional leadership development.
